Very satisfied with the extra level of protection

Service Above and Beyond
I purchased 2 pairs of hip protectors for my 94 year old Mom. Natasha was beyond amazing, we had to exchange a pair that was too large and with the current trade environment it was not easy, duty was charged twice, UPS seemed to lose the package and after many emails to Natasha and calls to UPS from both of us, they finally showed up. Natasha was on the phone to UPS and emailing me to keep up to date, it was a long story with more steps than I can mention.
