If for any reason after purchasing you decide that Phoenix Hipwear isn't right for you, we've got you covered.
For health and hygiene reasons we can't accept any underwear back that has been worn, so you get to keep these.
Simply email us and tell us why you don't wish to continue using Phoenix Hipwear and we'll provide the details to return the shields. Once they are received, we'll refund you the entire amount of your order, excluding shipping.
It's that simple.
Incorrect Size - If you have ordered a size that doesn't seem to fit right, send an email with details and we'll arrange for a different size to be shipped. Please ensure you email us your hip measurement according to the guide: Measuring Guide
The process for swapping sizes is really simple - you email us your hip measurement telling us what doesn't feel right, we'll email you a link to pay for the shipping of the new pair and the return of the incorrect size. We'll email you a label so you can drop the return at a UPS so it can get back to the warehouse where we will check it and return it to stock. Please note, if the garment has been worn/washed/named it cannot be returned.
